Sparkling, efficient, renovated, get ready to enjoy this adorable two bedroom two bath condominium! Strategically located- close to gyms, cafes, restaurants and Tea Dance - but just off the beaten path on a friendly, tree lined street in the West End neighborhood. Current owner has recently completed some very nice improvements - such as split system AC, installed plantation shutters for privacy but still allowing evening breezes, smart lighting and heating but most importantly -the outside exclusive space has been transformed into a high functioning, deluxe living room on a brand new, sculpted bluestone patio. A great space for cocktails, entertaining, evening meals and watching the gentle parade of humanity going for workouts or trips to The Boatslip. This condominium was recently converted from three bedrooms to two creating very comfortable bedrooms, situated at opposite ends of the home to optimize flow and maximize privacy. The Master Bed fits a Kingsize bed with ensuite bath - dual heating systems, walk in shower, and lots of storage. The guest bedroom across the way could easily convert to a full-time home office (as it's been used for the past year). Large eat in kitchen.. for fun get togethers. Five unit Condo association. Fee covers heat and hot water, trash pick up, master insurance. And the ever important parking included. Current owner has a solid roster of rentals for summer.

"There is no traditional commute in Provincetown. The entire town is walkable most people bike. If you were to live here and commute so somewhere it may be a long commute as the more populated areas of boston and providence are over 2 hours away and 2.5-3 during rush hour "
