Description

This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
Located in the prestigious and desirable Admiral's Hill neighborhood, this tastefully renovated top floor 2 bed condo has a wonderful floor plan, perfect for roommates or working from home space. The layout is ideal and feels much larger than the square footage would indicate, as every inch of the space is utilized brilliantly. The spacious living room opens up to your own private balcony, just in time to enjoy the spring and summer days and evenings. There is a lovely dining area and tremendous closet space. With in-unit laundry, central air and a deeded parking space, no amenity was spared in this well designed home. The neighborhood offers 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and playground/park, making you feel like you're on vacation from the comfort of your own home. The location is convenient to nearby highways and Downtown as well as close proximity to other sea side neighborhoods that are sure to delight. Admirals Hill is Chelsea's premiere location and this is an incredible value! Flexible Move Date, so please ask!

There is a central heating and cooling tower for the building so the tenant is only responsible for the fan to blow the hot and cold air (a lot less than paying for full a/c or heat). The landlord's deposits are first month's rent and security deposit. There is a broker's fee equal to one month's rent. Flexible move date in July or August!

"It’s a nice area to take your dogs for a walk. People for the most part do a great job cleaning up after their pets. "

"Could take your dogs for a walk, not sure if parks in the area allow for dog walking. Depending where in the city you happen to be I wouldn’t recommend walking your dogs due large amounts of traffic. "

"Overall, it’s a diverse city with great residents. In my neighborhood, we take care of each other. Just like in all cities, there’s always a few bad apples. "

"Good for young professionals to start their life. Easy to commute to Boston, to do shopping and dining. "

"I've lived in this neighborhood for two years and the city for three years. this neighborhood is near an elementary school and the community seem to be a bit kinder and family oriented. I love living five minutes from Market Basket and seven minutes from Whole Foods and one minute from Walgreens and CVS. Also less than 10 minute drive from Revere Beach which is nice to walk along in the warmer weather. It's a great location but home prices are rising. Only annoyance is traffic into Boston on the Tobin from 7-830am."

"people like to walk their dogs in this area because there are green areas and the state provides covers to collect their pup "

"I wouldn’t suggest living here at all!!! Lots of crime and local town services are awful!!! I’m moving out of here in a few weeks as I’ve absolutely been fed up with all the crime and lack of police services. I’d highly suggest avoiding Chelsea, MA."
