    "There is a mixture of young families, retirees, and single parent house hold. Park timber Subdivision has a public park within the Subdivision. There is a golf course between Park Timbers and Tall Timber Subdivision, we also have a Walgreen, Rouses and Winn Dixie, that is in walking distance. We are even blessed with a Walmart that is lest than two miles away. There is a variety of restaurants and fast food locations, there is an A+ Elementary and High School in this area, several other excellent charter schools. Making this an ideal location to live and raise a family."

Properties are the best value in New Orleans and have increased value over time. 10-minute drive to the CCC, which will be faster once the complete resurfacing of General DeGaulle Dr. is complete in October 2014. Enclosed neighborhood with only two entrances/exits, but close to shopping and entertainment. Bird sanctuary is the centerpiece of a leisurely environment in which neighbors walk, run, cycle, and walk dogs.     "Tall Timbers has an excellent security team and very little crime in our neighborhood therefore. We have a small park and bird sanctuary in the center of the development near the elementary school where community events are held such as night against crime and Easter Egg rolls. There are many children in the neighborhood."
