Description

Lovely family home in StoneRidge Landing. This is a great home that just needs a little TLC. Once you walk into the foyer with hardwood floors that are throughout the kitchen, family room and half bath you'll see the nice flow. In the beautiful kitchen you will find stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and windows that overlook the pool and landscaped backyard. Also, a nice sized family room with fireplace, formal dining area and living room. On the 2nd floor there is a beautiful master bedroom with vaulted ceiling and master bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. There are 3 more bedrooms, a full bath and a laundry that makes it convenient to bedrooms. The basement has a family room and half bath. Seller is aware that this needs some work. The ac was just replace last month (July) and hot water heater 2 years ago. The pool needs some repairs, also some other cosmetic attention needed which is reflected in the price of the home. Will make a wonderful home for the next owner with some minor fixes.

1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI really like DHS, I've been a student there ever since my first year there. There are some pretty good teachers there and everything is great. They could definitely clean up better though and make the lunch schedules more fair. I've had third lunch and its packed, too many people. Many students end up having to throw away their lunch unless they have a teacher that lets them eat during class.Student Review9y ago - Layne Elementary School

"I drive myself because I don’t trust anyone in this area nor the public transportation. Dixie Hwy is horrible, people don’t know how to drive it respect the roads and for some reason the city feels the need to constantly do construction and cause back ups and delays instead of leaving it alone. "

"This neighborhood has several grocery stores, restaurants, and parks. It’s fairly quiet and clean. There are also nice homes and apartments in this area. "

"Area has a lot of young families and older people that have been living in the same houses since they were built. Prairie Village has a strong community presence in their youth sports, great Churches nearby, and well run locally owned small businesses. Close enough to Dixie Hwy for shopping and restaurants yet far enough away to avoid it. 2 elementary schools 1 middle school and a Community College all within 1 mile of each other Fire station and Hospital very convenient and Gene Snyder access very close by "
