I now have my little girl going to this school and do not feel the same as I use to.. He is deeply committed to seeing his students succeed and takes a person interest in them. Last year our son had a wonderful teacher, too. The entire atmosphere of the school and the staff attitudes are positive and helpful. It's a pleasure having our son at Stanley. His Kindergarten year at a different school that was ranked as one of the best in Wichita, was the polar opposite of Stanley. "Meighborhood clean up for free , meetings at the mccormick school many have the ring doorbell and post events often and for the most part look out for one another the block i live on has many home owners and people that have lived in the neighborhood for 40 plus years .. "

"People letting their dogs bark constantly. Down my street from my house is a four plex and cops show up at least 1 or 2 times a week. Neighbors are very rude and inconsiderate to other people’s schedules. Lots of strays. And lots of random people walking around constantly. "

"This neighborhood is not as bad as it is made out to be as long as you are not wanting to make friends with your neighbors most people in this area want to keep to themselves and mind their business. That’s how it usually is amongst neighbors. The area i live i am not very close with my neighbors but they seem to be very nice people."

"For the most part it is a calm and quiet neighborhood. I feel comfortable to be alone outside at night. Over the passed 3 years, our cars have been broken into twice. Could have been just some kids. "

"I grew up in this neighborhood. there's still a lot of the same people I knew from when I was a child and have know all my life. but it's not the same, it's not safe to be alone at night around here or you just don't want to be out past dark on the streets unless your on your own property. "

"This area blows from what I can tell most of my neighbors are on meth. People speed too fast through the neighborhood and not very many people are open and friendly."
