4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI believe the school has good intentions. But, they are highly focused on making sure the schools test scores are at a certain level. I'm disappointed that there is no variety in learning. Both of my children receive good grades and high NWEA scores. But, they both dislike school because of the monotony and lack of teacher enthusiasm. These teachers look overworked and underappreciated. And it shows when my children come home every day. We are considering transitioning them to a private or charter school.Parent Review6y ago - Guion Creek Middle School

"My mom bought her condo here-Oakbrook Village about 30 years ago. The neighborhood has really gone down hill. You didn't quote the outrageous maintenance fee(monthly). The pool is never open, and nosey neighbors report you if they don't think you are following astringent HOA rules. My sister still lives here. I beg her all of the time to move out of this he%l hole."
