2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis place is terrible. As a first year teacher, you get absolutely no support. I went without a mentor and was never given one even after requesting one multiple times. Kids are out of control, and administrators do nothing to help manage their behaviors. Teachers bicker amongst each other over office supplies, and there is no sense of collaboration. The principal even hired a teacher that later beat up another student about a year and half ago. Teachers leave this place faster than a burning building. My advice is to stay away.Teacher Review1mo ago - Little Fort Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have had multiple children go through Little Fort, and they have all had a good experience. The teachers have gone above and beyond in supporting my children, and the administration has been responsive to questions and concerns. They are all dedicated to this community and I am extremely thankful for this school.Parent Review11mo ago - Waukegan High School

1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI’m not going to lie worst high-school to ever put a teenager in. If you’re a parent wanting to see your child succeed you’re not going to see them succeed coming from this school.Student Review1y ago - Check out schools near 1652 McKay St.

"Like every neighborhood, you just have to be careful anywhere you go, but waukegan is a decent place to live in, you just have to make sure you pick a good neighborhood, do your research and you should be fine. I do love that there is a lot of parks everywhere, is a very good option especially if you have small children."
