3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI do not recommend sending your child to Du quoin schools. This really is a place where your family name makes all the difference. My child has been physically assaulted along with emotionally and mentally. They called me one afternoon to let me know my 12yr old had left the school with another student and that they would not be telling me who. I was told that they (my daughter and the other student) were with an adult male and "should" be on their way back to the school. I waited for 40 mins and had a screaming match with the school principal before they ever showed up. "The fair grounds is a nice outdoor area where people with dogs frequent for them to walk and run. During the summer some swim in the ponds. "

"there isn't a lot of community events. everything that happens in town people stop taking part in. everyone comes from out of duquoin to the events."
