Gorgeous Lincoln Park multi-unit Row Home. As you approach the property you appreciate the history and curb appeal. Standing in the foyer you see the beautiful staircase leading the 2nd floor and 12' ceilings that create a welcoming vibe. A formal living and dining space as you would expect from a vintage home and a tasteful kitchen with breakfast bar and sightlines to the dining room. Gracious 2nd floor offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Lower-level unit features a 2 bedroom 1 bath space with full kitchen with washer/dryer. The Lincoln Ave Row-House District was built in the Italianate Architectural style, distinguished by large blocks of Joliet Limestone circa 1875 immediately following the great Chicago fire of 1871, by Andrew McNally. This limestone facade Italianate style row home has only had three owners and has been in the same family, and lovingly maintained, for over 70 years. Situated on a corner lot with East, South and West exposure. Enjoy outdoor living areas on the fabulous wood deck - plus a 1 car garage, plenty of storage and room to expand.

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageDon’t go to lp if you care about your education. There are some AMAZING teachers but only 1/6 of your teachers will be good. A lot of my time at school was not spent learning or doing anything. There is a lack of structure and nothing is enforced, which was technically a benefit, but also had bad effects. There are pros and cons and I have very mixed feelings about my experience at Lincoln park. I felt like I had a lot of freedom but the school itself feels so much like prison. Many many issues with schedules, the actual schedule itself is terrible because its the same 8 classes everyday. Ive had both 3rd and 7th period lunch and it was miserable having to be starving all day. It feels very self directed and you can do whatever you want. THERE ARE CONSTANTLY SCANDALS AND INCIDENTS. I find it comedic and entertaining at this point but there are so many things going on. Lincoln park IS a fun high school but only if you are social and have friends. Administration is really just lacking in so many areas. This school is A JOKEEE but I love it. Hate it tho. Idk. I wouldn’t want to go to lane or jones or anywhere else though!!!!!Other Review1y ago - Check out schools near 1928 N Lincoln Ave.

"No dog parks. Pretty loud. Feel very closed in recently. I def like north of north way better than south of north. The triangle is way cool. Wells is great for the twenty somethings....almost unbelievable that the community has over 900 dogs and no dog parks. Sad"
