8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe could not be happier. Cary-Grove administration, teachers, counselors, and all staff we have encountered actually have been amazing. Our senior student has flourished with so many different opportunities. Students of all walks are celebrated. Students are KIND to each other and care for each other. The staff strive to build resilience in students and prepare them for life after high school. Thank you Cary-Grove!Parent Review5y ago - Cary Jr High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe reason for high test scores and low academic performance is because the principal encourages students that are not doing well or have IEP's to opt out of taking state tests. They can read a book while everyone else takes the test. What child wouldn't jump at the opportunity to opt out of tests?...The principal runs the school like a corporation. Doesn't give a hoot about students just cares about her bottom line. Worst principal I have ever encountered. She also doesn't follow up or do as she says she will. All lip service.Parent Review1y ago - Three Oaks School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am not sure why this school is 4/10. Sadly, that probably scares people off but my daughter went here from K-3 and it is a good school. All her teachers have been fine and there is absolutely nothing wrong with this school.Parent Review3y ago - Check out schools near 7300 Nighthawk Way.

"I don't attend so I have nothing to contribute to this answer. but I do love mchenry county! I think it's nice that some events are hosted ...but they could be more enticing via marketing and higher budget fests, with rides and fundraisers & the like. Just some ideas where I feel community could be built stronger if the people in charge made the right moves. "
