This is the one! An all brick 3 bedroom ranch with 2 fireplaces, an attached garage, a full basement, a big fenced yard and in a great location! The good sized kitchen features a nice eat-in area with a window overlooking the backyard shadowed by a beautiful mature tree. The living room is large and is highlighted with a gorgeous brick fireplace. The main bath is oversized and includes a double bowl vanity. The 3 bedrooms upstairs feature oak floors under the carpet. The basement is a real bonus! A tremendous rec room includes another fireplace and a vintage bar with stools. There is another full bath downstairs and 2 potential office or study spaces. The utility room has plenty of room and is currently set up as a workshop. There is even an extra freezer and refrigerator included! This one needs updating but the good bones are there. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSome of the teachers at this school are more immature than the students. They really could care less if bullying goes on and their way of dealing with bullying is hopefully your kid just forgets about it. Going from Eastview, which was such a pleasant school, to this school has been a nightmare.Parent Review2y ago - Eastview Elementary School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTeachers are great for the most part. But don’t be deceived by the principal, Mr. Z. If you have an issue he will push the issue back on you. He is tremendously disrespectful. My child ended up in nurses office so I called the nurse and asked to speak to “Mr. Z” and once he was “able” to take a phone call from a parent he asked me why did I call the nurse to speak to him and that I should have called “his” receptionist. The guy plays the part as a hippy nice guy and in reality he is a bully that should be no where near dealing with parents and children. Good luck if there is an actual issues at school like limiting how many times your child you go to the bathroom, once AM and once PM. Seems like a human issue to me. I would recommend this school because of teaching but be wary of principal Mr. Z, an awful person.Parent Review3y ago - Dundee-Crown High School
