Plus their are way to many students in the school which brings up problems with class selection and being able to fit a certain number of kids in a class. "Public transit isn't convenient at all over here. Bus stops are far from here and to transfer is a crazy mess. Paved streets in Clive are better than in other areas of Iowa in my opinion"

"The neighborhood has a Lake. It also is home to the Clive Greenbelt bike and jogging trail. It has excellent access to grocery and drug stores, restaurants and interstates 80 and 35."
