Hawaiian Beaches has paved roads, mail delivery, and private water company so no unsightly catchment taking up space in your yard. High speed internet available thru Hawaiian Tel, Spectrum, cellular, or satellite company. There is a Community Park just a few blocks away (less than half a mile) with ball field, playground and meeting center. There is also a public beach park at end of Kahakai on the ocean. Hawaiian Beaches is close to the new Puna Kai shopping center with a beautiful new Malama market, lots of fun restaurants, coffeeshop, Goodwill, Photography Frame shop, woman's clothing store, Gym, convenient UPS Store, and even a McDonalds. Tenants have been there for several years and maintain home well. They would love to stay. They like the neighbors and enjoy walking their pups in the area.

    "To the town of Pahoa it’s only about nine minutes. For a commute to Hilo it’s closer to 35. Most of the things that we need are within a 10 minute drive. But this allows for quiet neighborhoods and fairly dark skies at night for stargazing. Traffic is usually light except when there is construction. Even when is there is it’s usually only a momentary delay. "

    "The neighborhood in general is very excepting of dogs and most people have them. Most people observe leash laws and keep their dogs in check. Dog’s seem to represent a measure of security for the house owner. There are no dog parks per se in this area but plenty of quiet streets to walk your dog on. "

Where I live theres no pave rd. it's just a gravel rock dirt rd. & there is a leash law on this island, island wide."

    "Great well kept neighborhood. Hawaiian Shores offers mail delivery and private water. Beautiful recreation area and park with swimming pool. Ocean is just at the end of the subdivision and has a great park to enjoy. Very low HOA fees."
