7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI was hesitant to write this review since I was afraid of the treatment my daughter may receive. She is in 5th grade so she is on her way out. First off, most teachers my daughter has had are amazing. That is not where this problem lies. The problem is with the county and admin. The Principal in particular. She plays favorites more than any admin I have ever witnessed. The PTA moms are the absolute favorites along with their kids; chooses her favorite teachers and bullies the rest (I am friends with teachers) she only cares about test scores and not the child as a whole. If this is the kind of school you are looking for, then go for it. There is zero sense of “community” anymore since my other children attended. A large amount of teachers are leaving (not good at all).Parent Review2y ago - Woodstock High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am the parent of a junior at this school. To say I am unimpressed would be an understatement. The vaping, drug use (edibles, pot, etc.) sexual activity and bullying have over run the school. Teachers have an "over it" attitude and I can't say that I blame them. If you are thinking of going to this HS, do yourself a favor and DON'T.Parent Review1y ago - Freedom Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAdministration is all pomp and circumstance. Does not respond to email in a timely fashion (if at all). High performing students are ignored. Bad behavior is not addressed. Traffic is a nightmare. Car pool is awful- and admin refuses to address it.Front office is mediocre at best. Campus officer has short-man syndrome and pretends to do his job- which isn't much anyway. Waste of tax payers money.Teachers are good though- for the most part.I've had 3 children over the last 8 yrs attend Freedom. Glad to be moving on and out of Freedom. What a joke.Parent Review1y ago - Check out schools near 1155 Woodridge Way.
