"I’ve lived here for five years. The neighborhood has a diverse population and are very friendly. Rental prices are reasonable, home owner prices are a little bit high considering the age of homes. "
  • Cawilliams188@gmail.com
"decent community one of the up and coming areas. more improvements taking place around the area. should be a wonderful place in the next 5 years"
  • Cfcoughlin
"Plenty of parks, churches, good schools, grocery stores and retail shops. Old Florida at its finest. "
  • A12&M1
"Many people left their dogs droppings without ever picking up after them and if you were a frequent drinking friend with the manager of the condominiums, then nothing was ever said to you. Sadly, numerous owners were very frequent drinking companions of the manager's thus the area became an unsanitary, unhealthy small dog sewage yard. "
  • Deondra R.
"the area is nice people are friendly houses are well kept it's a great area to raise kids a few schools are in the area as well"
  • Montessalloyd
"Quiet and close to schools that are convenient and grocery stores. Even the park is very close to do my dam I’ll y work outs. I would prefer buying in this area but the homes are very pricey"
  • Luisamwalsh

  • David O. B.

  • Gmagwen68
"I grew up and lived here most of my adult life. I enjoy the bike trail the well lit streets the closeness and convenience of the stores. (Grocery, liquor,"
  • Susan W.
