Guard gates no one can enter without approval Best golf in the country 5 minutes away Sawgrass Stadium World golf village about 30 minutes away 40 minutes from pro sports, concerts, museums Lots of unique non chain restaurants I could go on for the next hour To sum it up it’s a wonderful place to live and the icing on the cake, Florida has no state income tax."
