Wonderful 4/3 fully furnished home in the country on 3 acres surrounded by cows, horses, and chickens, We are only 3 miles off I-4, so convenient to Tampa and Orlando so you can enjoy all of our Florida amenities.. This is a fully furnished rental with all the amenities and comforts of home. You only bring in your clothes and toothbrush. Relax on your leather sectional with 3 electric recliners in front of the TV and fireplace. You will sleep well with very comfy mattresses and bedding. This home sleeps 8-10 people .
Rent month to month while your family is building or relocating. We have a 2nd kitchen that works well for large families. There are plenty of private spots for each person to have their space.

You have a wonderful well for water with the best-tasting water around. We are on septic and we also provide fast wifi with Xfinity. We have heating and cooling thru Teco.The tenant reimburses us monthly for their usage. No smoking here except outside. If you bring a pet we have to approve them and go over house rules. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150
There is plenty of parking.
There are no parties or loud music. We do allow family parties with permission like birthdays and special occasions.

    "The schools here are not rated very good in Plant City, except for just a few. My kids go to Walden Lake Elem, and that school is amazing but the others are not. There is a few free parks that are okay, but we just pay the $2/car and go to Ed Medard Park. The fresh food all year long is amazing, there is always fruit stands or fresh seafood vendors on the roads but my favorite is the produce stand on Branch Forbes Road. "
