It is also accented with a large bay window along with window seating and add'l storage. The master bath has double sinks and large walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. The rear lanai is mostly private other than a peek a boo view from neighbor. A fantastic location for your winter stay-Venice or Nokomis gulf beaches, close to golf, restaurants, shopping and Venice attractions. 12% bed tax not included. Cleaning Fee not included. Off season rent is $1800. Cleaning Fee $100 per departure

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBeen here since sixth grade and I’m in eighth now. Honestly, this school is pretty good. The principal is really well-spoken and polite. He enforces the pledge of allegiance every morning and never forgets it: A lot of the teachers assign busy work which isn’t great. I like how families are able to be involved in their child’s education. This school doesn’t really care all that much about a student’s mental health, as long as you get your work done. The counselors are nice, but they won’t do much. My learning experience has been good so far, but it’s mentally exhausting sometimes. "we've lived here for 8 years, its quiet friendly, safe and if you have dogs, very dog friendly. lots of people walk the neighborhood and meet eachother that way. great place to live, plus you're walking distance to the beach."

"I would say this neighborhood needs a dog park, or an area where dogs can roam free with obstacles for them to be able to interact with, but to be honest my old neighborhood is under funded and needs some get up n go or somebody with some get up n go. "
