Spacious backyard is fenced, back porch with a ceiling fan is nice for relaxing year around in the warm Florida weather. All bedrooms are outfitted with closets with ample storage space, and the coziness of the house is highlighted by all the natural light that streams in.

Available for rent immediately! First month rent, last month rent, and security deposit of $2100 are required at lease signing time. 1.5 year lease (until 7/31/25). We are looking for a high-quality tenant who would take excellent care of our home. Utilities are paid by tenant and tenant is also responsible for lawn care. Absolutely no smoking. Up to 2 small, well-trained dogs are allowed with additional security deposit of $500/dog and additional monthly fee of $75/dog. No more than two dogs per unit please.

Application fee is $50/adult and covers background and credit check.

Minimum requirements for a tenant include:
1. Have a monthly income at least 3x the monthly rent (proof of income required)
2. Applicant must have a FICO score of 650 or higher (verified by credit check)
3. Applicant must have no evictions, outstanding utilities, landlord debt, foreclosures, or bankruptcy in the last 7 years (verified by background check)
4. The applicant may not have a criminal record and/or be a reported sex offender (verified by background check)
5. Non-smokers only.
