"Not enough sidewalks. Feels unsafe with kids and dogs. Also it is a transitioning area so some blocks are good while others are okay"

"I lived here for more than 20 years and living on east side Fort Lauderdale is 10 -15 minutes from most any place I go or need to go 10 minutes to the beach 5 to the airport.Home prices are higher than 2007 and new townhouse sell within 30 days most from ppl that lived out west and are tried of the drive."

"I've lived here for two years now. very nice community with lots of outdoor activities for young families. Many neighbors walk dogs, bike, and jog throughout the local parks daily. Quiet living close to downtown, Hospitals, and Marine Facilities. Community Water Park, and Football/Baseball Field Complex. "

"If your house is well kept the neighbors will allow there dog to deficate on the lawn, and they will steal your orchids out of your trees and attempt to breaak your hurricane impact wondows."
