"Well first they wouldn’t like the fact that there aren’t any dog parks in this neighborhood, the most action your dog will get is in the backyard or on a walk with it’s owner."

"I have lived here since 1996, so that’s 25 years and I have to say it is the same as it was when I moved here except the maintenance went up to 60.00 a month instead of 28.00 a month. We have rules here and they keep our community in check. I have to say overall it’s Just as it was 25 years ago. Also it’s safe as can be considering the world we live in today. I love this area also because the location is awesome. It is close to the airport, Tri Rail, I 95,turnpike, the Port its location is the best. Also we have it set up so the one side is all ficus and lake when entering the community. Grocery store is less than a half mile down the road. What can I say it’s great "

"Lot of people here have their dogs, see them regularly on the streets. Nice west lake park in a walking distance, close to the beaches. Houses though are a bit expensive here to my mind, but very good area to live in. Publix, Walmart and other supermarkets are very close, as the banks are too. Definitely recommend this area. Living here for 3 years, never regret my choice. Close to Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale, airport is 10 minutes ride. "
