7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI got called a slur when I went here and all the girl had to do was have in-school suspension for 2 days. I also got harassed and when I told guidance, they didn't do anything or even talk to the kid. One of my friends got harassed as well, and once again nothing happened to the kids who did it. The school itself is fine, as well as teachers, but I believe that this school could do better in preventing bullying and enforcing actual consequences instead of kids getting a slap on the wrist. My child has special needs and the staff is absolutely amazing in handling every aspect of his education including his IEP, social, and emotional needs. "Family neighborhood. Big backyards, kids playing, safe, well lite at night. Houses are large, good for families raising younger children. Great school systems, good sports teams, well known for high academic achievement. Teachers at all the schools are great. Lots of restaurants and shopping centers, good local food places ( especially two Hopewell, sayulita, beamhouse, birch hill tavern). "

"30 min across 91 via 291 to a nice drive through the hills of Bloomfield and Simsbury. Tough if later then 7:15 ,otherwise not bad, same going home, try at 4-5 and your stuck"
