"I used to love this neighborhood, but it has gone downhill the past couple of years. If I had children, I would not feel comfortable letting them play in the front yard due to cars consistently driving over the speed limit. "

"I work in Boulder-do it’s 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic on US36. Not too bad most days. My partner works downtown, and his commute is 12 to 15 minutes."

"I live(d), I moved to another area for 2 years, and couldn't move back fast enough. I have lived in this neighborhood for 4 years total, and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I caters to all age groups, life status, gender, race, etc. It is close to all highways, has some amazing bars and restaurants, but most of all safe! I have been to a lot of great neighborhoods in Denver, but I keep moving back here, between the cost, the safety, the accessability, and the great things to do in the area. I plan on living in this area for a long time!!"

"My wife and I have lived near Tennyson and 39th for over 5 years and love it. We can walk to over a dozen private restaurants, a health food market, yoga, parks, art galleries and more. Our last house was 1.5 miles away. That's how great this part of town is. A lot of young families, diverse group of people, hip. We live on the corner and see people walking throughout the day. We consider almost half the people on our block friends."
