"Western Days Parade, Bates nut Farm, community farmers market on Thursday nights, the best Fire Department, Stampede rodeo, neighbors that really know their neighbors and care about them. So many things make up the Valley Center community. It’s a great place to raise a family or to retire to."

"There are no parks within walking distance. It is a safe neighborhood with friendly people. The school district is a far drive, but the high school is good. There are no public pools, but the backyards are spacious. There is a lot of car traffic and kids play in the street often, so it is important to watch them continuously. "
