I told my daughter primary physician about what school said and recommendation for her to see psychology and he just laughed at the school reason and recommendation. "There are very friendly families in this area and lots of children. A lot of kids play outside, especially during summer. A lot of neighbors are outside walking there dogs. & everyone living in this area varies in age. There is an HOA established. And the public pool is always a fun place during summer! During the holidays everyone decorates. It’s a great place to raise a family "

"In the first development in this area, there doesn’t seem to be a lot of children. There are neighbors that have been here for over 20 years n now retired. It is a quiet area.it is a safe community."

"Many robberies occur within the neighborhood of the Landing if you look at the police reports there about 90% accumulated all together with vehicle vandalism, theft and robbery. Not to mention the street lighting is awfully dark either the lighting goes out isnt lighting enough."
