New 200 amp breaker system and solar power panels by Tesla. The master bedroom is unique with two closets. It features an on suite bathroom, walk in closet with custom built-ins and a large sliding glass door that opens onto one of the covered backyard patios. This is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening. As much as you will love the house, the backyard is equally amazing. Enjoy a private well manicured sanctuary with plenty of room for entertaining. Even with all that the best has yet to be mentioned. The backyard steals the show! Laid out in a circular fashion to flow from the front of the house with a cozy private sitting space or enter from the back to find two huge covered patio areas, artificial grass that can withstand pets, a dog run down one side of the house, two young shade trees, and a fantastic avocado and lemon tree that produce lots of fruit for the picking. An outside bonus is Gershwin Park just 2 ½ blocks away with tennis court, basketball court, swings, play structure, hiking trail and a very large field where many sport groups meet to play and families gather with their kids and dogs. One side note is that both the tennis and basketball court have pickleball courts mapped out as well. Whitman Elementary is a short walk away.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy kids started their Senior and Sophmore year at Madison and both love it. The teachers/administration are excellent and treat the kids & parents like they are all part of the big Madison family. It’s pretty special. My kids came from a school where some kids were driving $40,000 cars, it was very pretentious & stressful for all the wrong reasons. I ask them all the time if they regret our move & coming to Madison and they always tell me that they love Madison & have no regrets. Plus they have made some really great friends. Sure, Madison is an older school that needs some updating and a fresh coat of paint in some areas, but don’t judge a book by its cover. Madison is a excellent school that is very welcoming with supportive teachers/staff & a great student body. Go Warhawks!Parent Review5y ago - Whitman Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a substitute teacher having taught in many schools, I wanted to recommend Whitman Elementary. It's a hidden gem. The class sizes are small which gives it the feel of a private school atmosphere. There is an abundance of support staff and resources. According to the teaching staff Carly Romero is a hands on principal and is beloved by the students. She is heavily involved with each classroom and she has an open door policy. The low test scores could be due to so many english language learners but with the small class sizes all the students receive so much personal attention. Most of teachers and staff have worked at Whitman for a long time so they must be very happy which shows by their attitude towards their students.Other Review2y ago - Innovation Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy family has been at Innovation the last three years and we love the school. The staff is so caring to make sure kids succeed and make sure they are emotionally ok. They have a zero tolerance for bullying and rarely hear about things happening at the school. The school really motivates kids for good behavior and creates many events for families. The staff is really dedicated to the kids.Parent Review1y ago - Check out schools near 3821 Conrad Ave.

"As I do not own a dog, I can only say that there are a great deal of safe sidewalks and community parks to take your dogs to (leashed of course). For the amount of dogs I’ve seen in the last year, a dog in the area wouldn’t be such a bad idea. Quiet community and everyone you pass on the street greets you pleasantly. "
