7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is terrible. The new principal is not truthful. They are understaffed. The athletics programs are run by a bunch of unprofessional semi literate jokers. Don’t let your kids go to this school.Parent Review4mo ago - Fairmont Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis lovely campus belies the deep, systemic failures now infecting public education in our golden state. In an effort for equity, not equality, the campus staff have attempted to ensure students fail equally: overcrowded classes, no academic challenges, barely homework, removal of gifted programs, no theatre arts, theft a constant companion. And for dessert, most restrooms are shut down due to vandalism. Infuriating as a parent, a tax payer, and a citizen.Parent Review11mo ago - Check out schools near 2220 Carlson Blvd.

"Lived around here for my entire life and never had any problems, the area around here is great because of the so many local stores around and shops not that far. Richmond has always been a good station for going everywhere else in the bay from SF to concord and Oakland and more, those places aren’t to far of a drive "
- Helene B.

"The Richmond Annex is a wonderful place to live. There is a mix of ages and nationalities. You can walk to grocery shopping, post office, drug store, dry cleaning and restaurants. The neighborhood is very friendly and neighbors look out for each other. Our block has a block party each year. Many of the streets in the Annex have views of the Bay. There is no trouble parking in front of your house like some areas of Berkeley and Oakland, but it still has that Alameda County vibe."
