Description

This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from August 25, 2023
Serenity. Once the gate closes behind you, it is nothing but peace and serenity, so important these days and you can let your dogs and kids run loose. 2 Units on 1 property, backing up to the Salinas riverbed near the end of a dead end road, this gorgeous 12+- acre parcel has everything you need to get away from it all while literally being 5 minutes from groceries, gyms and shopping. The original 4/2 home features open concept living area, stainless steel appliances and freshly painted cabinets. HVAC was replaced in 2019 and the 37 solar panels have made electric bills minimal. Fresh base was laid in the driveway in August of 2020 and the garage door and motor have just been replaced as well as a brand new 3000 gallon water storage tank. The "Barndominium" has been converted into usable space and features a master suite with laundry in the closet, a jetted bath and separate shower. With a new roof installed in the summer of 2019 and a fresh coat of paint it really pops! Excellent opportunity for the extended family situation or possibly rent out the main unit and live in the Barn! At the edge of the property is a path that allows access to riding paths reaching both Creston and Atascadero, and once it rains there is a "private beach" for your family to enjoy! Perfect for horses, 4H, FFA, cattle, goats, sheep, and the back parcel can be planted in whatever your heart desires. Motorcycles, quads, offroad buggies while being close to everything. Being in the county rather than the city also gives the outdoorsman additional benefits. This is the one. Don't hesitate, contact your realtor today!

"No dogs are allowed in the park except your dog. If it's your dog, it's fine. They should be kept on leash if necessary and always closely watched and cleaned up after them. Pro Tips: if your dog is not comfortable around children or other dogs, keep them on leash. The signs really say no dogs but it's not enforced and everyone clearly likes it that way."
