6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI graduated from this high school just after the Covid epidemic. The school enviroment provided a lot of opportunity and an diverse set of classes. Ideally, the school was meant to set you up for college. However, the biggest downside was the counseling, which was always hard to work with or even get an appointment to. They should have also encouraged more hands on experience for how to apply to colleges or financial aide in the futute. We came from a nearby charter school and found the excellect education for our children here at a public school. Absolutly the best kindergarten teachers around (we have 4 kids). There is a positive feeling at this school, teachers and parents are friendly and positive. It's great that people still greet each other with "Good Morning" and how are you! Great school for special needs also...again, starting with the principal and carried out by every teacher on this campus. "My wife and I have lived here three times over the last ten years with work taking us away twice, we moved back again three years ago and bought a house. The area is very scenic with great parks and lakes, on the commute to work I am more concerned with squirrels, deer and quail than cars (slight exaggeration), traffic is light. No wild nightlife, so not a great area for young singles. "

"This is a great area for those desiring to be close to shopping, restaurants, medical services, churches, schools, parks and public storage. The home is right close to the Skyway, making it an easy drive down to Chico for additional shopping and services. "
