    "I've grown up, lived and worked in the Mill Valley/Sausalito/Tiburon area for many years and have hiked a majority of the trails around Mt. Tam many times. Mountain biking, sight-seeing, camping, surfing, sailing, kayaking, whale-watching, Stinson Beach (free), fine dining and backpacking are all just a stones throw from this location. Muir Beach, the famous Mountain Home or West Point Inns, the old "Crookedest Railroad" Grade with "Double Bow-Knot" and the old Hotel Tamalpais are all within hiking distance. Use your 3+ bedroom house as a home base for dozens of outdoor activities including a visit to the Marine Mammal Sanctuary or Point Bonita and Point Reyes adventures. Plan a bike trip across the Golden Gate Bridge to Ghirardelli Square or take them on the ferries to Angel Island or Pier 39 or Alcatraz! Watch the flying wing-sailed catamarans take part in the Americas Cup World Series sailing under the Golden Gate bridge near Horseshoe Cove. Fabulous foggy views all summer long!"
