"Our kids walked to school every day to Newcomb Academy and were very well prepared for their High School lives. We also enjoy walking and biking to El Dorado Regional Park, biking to the coffee shop, ice cream store and just around the neighborhood. El Dorado Park Estates is the perfect neighborhood for those wanting "OC" living but need to be closer to Los Angeles."
