2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter is going into 7th grade and her first year at EDMS was great! She had EXCELLENT teachers and the Principal and staff were so welcoming and supportive. It's middle school - which is literally the worst - but, overall my daughter made great friends, learned new things, and excelled! There were a couple of issue with other students, but admin was quick to help and make things better. I appreciated the time they took to listen and respond. It has to be hard, and they handled everything very well. We're glad we're at EDMS!Parent Review9mo ago - Westwood Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe love Westwood. My son has been there all 6 years and will move on to middle schoolnext year. He has faced quite a few challenges throughout the years and the staff has always been amazing at helping us through them. I feel very lucky to be a part of this community and to have such a wonderful school right around the corner.Parent Review7mo ago - Check out schools near 4019 Chestnut Ave.

"Traffic in Concord is the worst especially in the mornings and in the afternoons starting around 3pm daily. It takes forever to get anywhere around here. "

"The neighborhood is made up of modest single family houses, most of which were built in the 1940’s, but now are being spruced up by new owners. The majority of the houses and yards are small but well kept which makes them great starter homes for first time buyers. One perk of living in this neighborhood is that most of the homes are within walking distance to BART."
