Artists and Entertainers dream - 5 min from downtown BART! This adorable light-filled rancher sits on a beautifully landscaped almost 1/4 acre lot with a sizable artist studio in back. The huge back yard has seen many memorable garden parties, boccie games, art shows and music concerts on the green - with the hot tub gazebo doubling as an all around bar. The cozy home charms with rich dark wood floors and accents like dual pane bay and garden windows, french doors, a skylight in the bath and sliders to the back from every room. Kitchen and baths are all updated; the gleaming white kitchen features a pantry, pull-out drawers, quartz counters and a gas stove plus a large laundry room at the end. The lot has room on either side for a garage, an RV or boat. The inviting studio provides the backdrop for the yard. Air conditioned and plumbed with running water it was used as a potters barn, but lends itself to many crafts. See soon - this wont last!

What Locals Say about Clayton Valley

  • Hannah Kessinger
"Traffic in Concord is the worst especially in the mornings and in the afternoons starting around 3pm daily. It takes forever to get anywhere around here. "

  • David H.
"The neighborhood is made up of modest single family houses, most of which were built in the 1940’s, but now are being spruced up by new owners. The majority of the houses and yards are small but well kept which makes them great starter homes for first time buyers. One perk of living in this neighborhood is that most of the homes are within walking distance to BART."
