Welcome to The Canyon, a central valley, pristine 55+ Mobile Home Park in the heart of Cathedral City. The flooring boasts beautiful dark wide plank "wood" laminate throughout the living areas and carpeted bedrooms. The Master bedroom is roomy and equipped with a large walk in closet, and the Master bath has double sinks and a large vanity. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space, double ovens, a 5-burner gas stovetop, stainless appliances including a dishwasher, as well as room for a breakfast nook, if desired. Outside one kitchen door is a well positioned dining area, which flanks the open living room. The front entry features a small ramp with a handrail and a covered, tiled patio. There is also a storage shed at the end of the carport, and a tiled covered patio area under the carport. Last, but not least, there is an Evaporative cooler for the premises. The Park features a large pond, expansive green belts, tennis courts and a huge pool and spa, as well as a clubhouse. The Park requires an approval process prior to residency with a minimum credit score and monthly income. Don't miss out on this beautiful home!
