9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCalabasas High School, and the LVS district, did a great job educating our three children. We could not afford private schools, moved into the school district because of the past record of being a good public school system. and have no regrets, only thanks to the schools our children attended. All three participated in team sports and admittedly were average or below average compared to their teammates, yet in retrospect enjoyed the discipline they learned from being on a team sport. One participated in the music program and got to play at the Hollywood Bowl Jazz Festival! Some took Advanced Placement course which did help prepare them of college. Two went to UCs, one went to CSU. All graduated college. They all still have good character friends from LVS schools they attended, which is one of the best outcomes. None of our children were part of the "in crowd", but they learned to seek out the quality teachers, found friends that did not smoke or do drugs. You have to instill the values you want them to have way before high school. As parents, we set the example.... do we walk the talk, or not. It begins with us. Don't just tell your kids, "just be themselves"... tell them to be " the best version of themselves and make friends who are striving to do the same."Parent Review2mo ago - Lupin Hill Elementary School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLupin is an amazing school community. Teachers and staff deliver top notch academic instruction through engaging activities that incorporate collaboration and technology. After school activities foster community and parent connection and create a family feel at the school. Special programs like art and music enhance students experiences and new and exciting programs are coming to the school for steam and environmental sciences.Parent Review3mo ago - Arthur E. 8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGate is nice and the kids are super friendly and kind. HOWEVER, the kids not in gate and with bad grades are not as nice and in math they will randomly make fart noises and scream like dolphins. The music teacher is really nice and makes it easy to learn. Some kids are furries though. They will bark at you. Some of the boys will cat call you.Student Review3w ago - Check out schools near 4240 Lost Hills Rd #1305.

"I wouldn’t say it’s too quiet. We have 3 lvusd public schools practically down the street. It’s the perfect kid neighborhood! We have the Santa Monica mountains as our backyard, hence rent is high. Also, there has been a break-in on our street :/ Other than that...great street parking, friendly neighbors, and pet friendly area."

"I drive 30 miles each way. I leave my home before 5am to avoid the heavy traffic. At that time traffic is very light. In the afternoon I try to leave the office at 2:30. Every minute after that seems to add 5 minutes to the drive. Stressful. "
