This home is located in the heart of Alhambra Hills, close to downtown Los Angeles, near Cal State LA. 3bedroom, 2 bathroom SMALL backyard; does NOT have a Large YARD, near 710 Freeway. 2 Car garage, pets are allowed, Excellent credit is NOT required, must have steady employment with NO criminal history. 2500 deposit, 2700 a month, tenant is responsible for all the utilities. Master bedroom is upstairs with it's private bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms are located downstairs with bathroom. The homes will not need curtains as it comes with shutters in the entire home. This is a 1 year lease . We are not looking to sell our home, we just want to find a responsible tenant who can rent the home for 2800 a month.
