Master bedroom is upstairs with it's private bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms are located downstairs with bathroom. The homes will not need curtains as it comes with shutters in the entire home. This is a 1 year lease . We are not looking to sell our home, we just want to find a responsible tenant who can rent the home for 2800 a month.     "I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 6 years. It’s pretty quiet and it seems most people like to keep to themselves and not cause a ruckus. I run around 8-9pm in the dark and generally feel pretty safe. The thing you most likely have to lookout for are the coyotes. Other than that, I enjoy living in the neighborhood and it seems like it’s safe enough that parents don’t mind letting their kids out to play."

    "You’re lucky if you can find a parking in this area because so many people are living under the same roof and the apartments only allow one or two parking so everybody is cramping the street with all these extra cars that the city should not be allowing them to park or rent if they don’t have apartments but for them"
