3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageRegarding Parent involvement, as a parent it is our responsibility to step up to be involved. No school can make the parents get involved. We have to want to and just do it. Maybe a date can be set up monthly and the parents that are interested in helping and wanting to assist by sharing ideas to make improvements will assist the monthly Parent meeting. The children can play in the playground while we meet. Fundraisers, volunteering and many other subjects can be discussed. I am all for it!!Parent Review10y ago - Yuma High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI only went here for TWO SCHOOL YEARS. There is only a handful of teachers that actually do their job in helping the students learn. Most of the administrators act like children, and the security guards refuse to do their job correctly. There is a lot of favoritism when it comes to the students. More importantly; admin tends to put unnecessary amounts of work loads onto teachers who are very obviously stressed out. When I got suspended from here the staff was very immature about it. If you really want your child to have a decent school experience send them ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.Other Review10mo ago - Yuma Online Distance Academy

"my neighborhood is alright if you're on the straight and narrow. I'm sure if a person were using or selling illegal drugs in my neighborhood then it'd cause you a lot of drama. I'm pretty sure there's at least one on every block. I have been clean for years but it makes me cringe when I see someone who looks messed up. it's like I want better for the person. other than all of that, this is a pretty quiet neighborhood."

"This neighborhood is family friendly and very quiet. There are a lot of barking dogs though, so if that is a problem, Mountain View is definitely not the place for you. "
