At Mosley teachers focus on leading students into learning experiences that create long lasting effects. Students love the teachers on campus and those who have promoted and moved on to higher education often return to reconnect with teachers. Students are excited to be on campus and feel safe being there day by day.

If only no stars was an option. First of all education is hardly taken serious. Second very little effort is put into the safety of kids. I do parent pickup and there has been a handful of times where faculty is not paying attention and my child will walk straight up to my car and get in (they are supposed to be brought to the vehicle by staff). As of recent my son told me that on now multiple occasions he has been getting bullied (among others) by an individual. I was not made aware of the incidents that occurred to my son by STAFF but instead by him who is now feeling unsafe at school because of this kid and lack of care/seriousness from the faculty. I made it known that I’m now aware of these incidents so of course now it’s “being taken serious”. Unprofessional, unacceptable actions from staff. As parents we are supposed to be able to trust faculty to keep our children safe when we drop them off for school, not here. Parents make sure your children know they can talk to you about anything, we are their advocates. Also talk to your children about bullying, there is so many negative and life changing things that can occur when it comes to bullies and those who are bullied.

We have two kids attending Tempe High School, a freshman and a junior. They are taking rigorous honors and International Baccalaureate (IB) classes (honors level for 9th and 10th grade, International Baccalaureate for 10th & 12th grade) and they are involved in sports and other extracurricular activities. They are both thriving there. Instead of Advanced Placement (AP) classes, the school offers the rigorous IB curriculum, a program that is recognized worldwide, unlike AP classes. We have had an excellent experience interacting with the teachers and the school administration. Tempe High School is the only high school we know of that holds one-on-one parent-teacher conferences twice a year. I feel our kids' teachers have really gotten to know the kids and our daughter and son have thrived there. We have noticed that seniors and even juniors have been very supported in the college application process. Several seniors for the past few years have been accepted in all types of colleges, ranging from elite colleges like Stanford, Northwestern, Williams College, Notre Dame to public universities in Arizona and out of state. There might be a false narrative/stereotype that Tempe High School might be a "rough" school but the fact is that it is a school with a diverse student population and it's not a very big school. Those are strong points and it's a place where all types of students can feel comfortable.
