The Formal Dining area looks out to the Patio, with a double fireplace; The large Living room features leather adjustable sectionals, the Frame TV and a double fireplace facing both the living room and dining area; A Spacious Entry walk-in area; Laundry with a new washer and dryer; and a large 2+ car Garage; a Covered and Gated Back Patio area, which can be used as a pet play area or outdoor dining area! PETS ARE TO BE ACCOMPANIED AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON THE PATIO, AS WELL AS WALKING ON A LEASH THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY!
