My child transfered into this school at the end of the school year last year from a very good school academically and sports related. I was told thi school was fantastic and the girls sports as well. They school is one of the worst schools I have ever seen in my life! I am currently taking my child out and they were barely there a year. The academics are horrific, my daughter is a straight A student and only has 2 classes because they have nothing more to offer her! She is outstanding in athletics and has been mistreated and never played since we came here, by her coaches and teammates. If you are not a local you will never make it in this town or school. We barely made it a year with 3 kids, horrible horrible school. And you have to pay out of pocket for some of your childsd classes and labs and such. This school IS GROSSLY underfunded. If you want your kid to get a good education or excell in sports or anything else steer clear of this place. Terribly disappointing and I cant believe this school is still open, the bullying is beyond out of control!!!!!!! And the teachers are seriously lacking in their ability to teach your child anything!!!

Bridgeport Middle is by far the best school Ive ever come to know & Ive not only been to quite a few different schools myself but my children have also. The principal is very involved in everything. From the education of every child in the school to cleaning and mowing the grass. The teachers are very open with parents and treat all children equally, respectfully. Never hesitated to give one on one help with children who need individual help.
