"I think it is important to note that people drive fast even on side roads and through neighborhoods. If kids are going to play outside you will need to put up a blockade or have a fence for them to play inside of. "

"All well maintained single family homes. Almost all 3+ bedroom, homeowners, middle to upper income level. No neighborhood drunks or uncontrolled teenagers or loud parties lasting until 3 AM. Close to schools and Kenai shopping. Well maintained paved roads and city services. Single entrance to neighborhood means no drive thru traffic."
