LOGITECH CFO ERIK BARDMAN JOINS THE TRULIA BOARD OF DIRECTORS

SAN FRANCISCO – July 30, 2012 – Trulia, a leading online marketplace for homebuyers, sellers, renters and real estate professionals, today announced that Erik K. Bardman, Chief Financial Officer at Logitech, has been elected to Trulia’s Board of Directors. Erik, a seasoned finance executive, will bring leadership experience from the consumer Internet space and a broad range of successful technology companies to Trulia.

Prior to his current role at Logitech, Erik spent 6 years at eBay, most recently as the Chief Financial Officer for eBay Marketplaces, the company’s largest portfolio of businesses. Prior to joining eBay, he was with General Electric Company for 15 years in a variety of roles, focused on consumer financial services, international finance and mergers and acquisitions.
