SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA January 29th, 2015 –Trulia (NYSE: TRLA) a leading online marketplace for home buyers, sellers, renters, and real estate professionals, today released the Best of Trulia list, which recognizes the highest rated agents using Trulia. The program honors agents with the highest ratings from past clients and helps consumers find and connect with top agents in their area. The Best of Trulia awards are based on number of client reviews, client ratings, and the number of buy-side or sell-side transactions that were completed in 2014 and added to an agent’s Trulia profile.

The final list includes agents from across the country, representing less than 2% of all agents with profiles on Trulia. Agents who make the exclusive Best of Trulia list will receive a recognition badge on their Trulia profile and an award certificate, which can also be embedded on their personal website. The Best of Trulia website allows consumers to search for agents in their area by using either an interactive map of the United States or searching within a relevant state. The list links to each agent’s Trulia profile making it simple for consumers to browse top local agents and see their experience and expertise.

Trulia Agent Profiles are a free service for real estate professionals, enabling them to build a strong online reputation through a search engine optimized page on Trulia.  Agents can include client reviews and ratings as well as past sales, so potential clients understand their experience. Agents can also highlight unique areas of expertise, such as working with first time home buyers or specific language skills. The Best of Trulia list will be published in January of every year. To qualify for next year’s list, agents should add client reviews and all 2015 buy-side and sell-side transactions to their Trulia profile.
