    "I've lived in this neighborhood since 2011. The neighbors are very friendly. There are lots of children in this neighborhood. The HOA does a good job of maintaining things. Folks always wave and say hi. Its small, about 25 houses, but that's perfect size so you know who everyone is. Check it out!!"
