5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBeckley elementary provides a subpar education. Teachers send home a great deal of homework that is nothing but busy work. Instructional time in the classroom appears to be minimal. After speaking with the administration about their ranking, they seem to be comfortable with their rating of 5. I was astonished. Our child has been a student at Beckley elementary for four years. We have had to supplement his education at home in order to stay on pace with other kids from the better schools.
