    "My first solo apartment was here. Now my buddy lives here. It’s a kind, kid friendly and dog friendly neighborhood with values and respect. Children call adults Mrs. smith or Mrs sandy. Hats and hoodies are taken off to speak to adults. The respect and love starts with each other. I am always sure to cut out a half hour each day to chit chat w my neighbors. As I’m honestly interested and concerned about how they are"
