The school does well overall, excellent in teaching reading and exceptence and understanding, with its students but it needs to allow teachers to teach students individually instead of forcing one way of learning on all the children. If you judge a fish by its ability to fly, it will spend it's life believing it is stupid. Not everyone learns the same way.
