    "There is plenty of areas and quiet sidewalks for owners to take their dogs out. As for dog parks themselves, the neighborhood is lacking. Renters/owners would benefit from a developed dog park. "

    "If you are a gardener like me you will meet all your neighbors, it is a strolling neighborhood, dogs and parents with kids. In just a few blocks radius; gas station, Crazy Horse and La Perla restaurants, antique stores, subway, bus line, grade school, freeway entrance, park, and a prominent individual so police presence is strong. Less than a mile from the 3rd Ward and Downtown."
