    "dogs are pretty much a requirement in my neighborhood. Personally I walk my dog at night but I know some neighbors who wouldn't. the yards are tend to be on the larger side with a lot of properties having maintained double lot size for home and yard. The riverwalkway is just down the street so thats a very beautiful walk also. "
