"Plenty of parks, the neighborhood streets aren’t too busy with traffic, and it’s very dog friendly. There’s lots of great trees, it’s a great place to go outside and take walks"

"Places to shop, eat, and take care of other day to day business are within close, or relatively close distance. For any other kind of travel, the highways and interstate are very close by. My commute to work in Bellevue is a piece of cake. "

"There are a lot of pet owners that are disabled and would like to see a dog park within the city limits!"
  • Brett M.
"It seems to be a safe, friendly staff lace to live. I see children playing outside quite a bit, as I do, lots of the other residents have dogs, and I frequently see them out walking. There are a few parks nearby, one even has a pool. "

"People like it because it’s close to Lambeau. The neighborhood itself has gone down hill and many of the homes are rentals with revolving door tenants. There is higher crime than there used to be, we had very dangerous neighbors who were dealing out of a home next door that had been flipped into a rental. There are unattended kids everywhere and they damaged our property multiple times. We gave up and sold, it was okay as a starter home but I have lived in neighborhoods that were supposed to be high crime and the people were friendlier and quieter. Not worth the proximity to the stadium."

"It’s very dog friendly. Lots of folks have dogs around the neighborhood, and whether they’re being walked, or in their yard, I see them everyday when I walk my own. "
  • Shannon S.
"My commute is quick and easy to downtown. There is easy access to the highway and it is close to schools and shopping. "

"I’m not sure if anything makes it unique, I am only renting, but I find it a pleasant place to live. There are a lot of trees, but lately there have been quite a few cut down, I don’t like that. "

"A very nice, affordable neighborhood. Close to Lambeau and other entertainment venues, so parking on the streets on weekends and during games is not permitted, so sometimes parking can be an issue, but not most of the time. "

"I just purchased a home in this neighborhood, I wish I had staked out the area first. My neighbors are dirty and appear sketchy, as far as character goes. I like the house very much. I would say privacy fence ! Also I have a young child and was mortified by the number of registered sex offenders in the area. Avoid certain surrounding streets and you will be fine, on the upside there are some nice parks and the schools have decent ratings, also plenty of amenities. Do your research when purchasing in this area, some places are safe, others not so much"
